This is a list of my commission terms of service. This page outlines the parameters and rules I lay out. When I work this is my usual workflow and serves as a comprised list of what I will or will not do.
Please respect me and these rules, I retain the right to refuse service otherwise.

| General Rules |

○ Do not haggle the price
_{• These are the prices I have set due to my cost of living / they are non negotiable.}○ Do not bring/start drama with me
_{• You are allowed to ask me questions but I will not accept any drama or issues of any kind during the process. I have every right to protect my peace/myself. If there are any issues that arise between myself and the client, then I will not proceed with the commission and refuse service.
If you do start drama/harass me, then I hold the right to terminate any further work/contact with you. And if it is severe enough you will be blacklisted & NCB'ed without a refund.}○ Do not Spam!
_{• You are allowed to ask questions or voice concerns but I need time to work. I cannot chat 24/7 This is a gentle reminder.}○ Share but give CREDIT
_{• This allows others who like my work to find me easier & is respectful to the artist.}○ Commercial Use
_{• I do not allow commercial use of private commissions as prints, but logo design, graphic design, & motion graphics I do (but this requires a fee & a contract for work as this is handled as professional work)}○ Adopts & Custom Characters
_{• No outstanding rules over these. Once bought you hold the copyright over the character. :UNLESS we have a prior arrangement or understanding OR the character belongs to a species I own.}○ ABSOLUTELY No Harrassment/Sexual Harassment
_{• There is NO excuse, you will be blacklisted/NCB/reported I will not stand for this. I am married & "No"/"I'm uncomfortable" is a complete sentence. (I am an NSFW artist but this doesn't give license as consent)}○ NO ILLEGAL ACTIONS
_{• Anything illegal will get you Blacklisted/Banned/& reported immediately}
_{• Anything Lolli/Shota/Pedophiliac, Feral/Zoophiliac, Copyright Infringement, etc requests/inquiries will be reported asap! And you will be Blacklisted/NCB.}○ No Parody/Hateful Art
_{• Anything Sexist, Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, Religious, & or Political, etc will be denied and you will be Blacklisted/NCB.}○ YCHs & Expectations
~• YCHs are a simple "your character here" / drag'n drop / copy paste / etc commission. They are not standard custom commissions. Therefore, I work differently with them. I wouldn't say its artistic liberty but it borderlines it. You can ask to add/remove things to your ych commission, but only at the start. Once everything is hashed out then I will work on the ych. I will send updates as I work on it. Keep in mind these are updates, I will not need any additional approval or critiques on these notifs as all information had been finished/hashed out at the beginning of the interaction. This is merely to show you my progress as I work on it. How the YCH looks in preview- is what the end product will be- just with your characters. This is a very simple commission and is meant to be quick.NCB (Noncompliance Ban): Failing to respect my rules resulting in the client being banned from my services. In short- I will no longer work with the individual.

_{• This is a professional interaction/contract so please keep it that way.}○ Popular Media Characters
_{• I will do art/take commission work for characters in popular media- BUT ask first! There are some I am more willing to do than others (Especially ones I know and love)}○ Fetish Topics
_{• I will NOT do fetish work, please see my list below for what I will and will not do.}○ Comparing/Theft/Referencing/Repost, Etc.
_{• I ABSOLUTELY do not allow theft, stealing, repost, reskinning, kinning, RPing, tracing, any use of my art, characters/OCs, stories, concepts, lore, ideas, etc of any kind! You will be blacklisted/NCB/& reported. There will be legal repercussions.}
_{• Don't compare my art, OCs, stories, concepts, lore, ideas, etc to anything in popular media- this is not flattering. You will be blacklisted/NCB. This is not flattering at all and is VERY hurtful.}

| Refund Policy |

○ No Refund Scenario
_{• Once the commission is done and the invoice is paid there will be no refunds. This is because the service I had provided was worked to completion and you had received the commission.}○ Something Happened With Me
_{• On the chance that something happened with me where I could not finish your commission either you will get a refund, or I will ask you if there is something else that you would like. Usually in a case where example: if you had joint paid for a comic with a friend and you paid $130, and I do a complimentary bust illustration.}○ Something Happened With You
_{• Depends on what is going on and how severe it is. But I have to have proof of what is going on before I can make a judgement. Usually if there is something personal going on I will work with you. But if you didn't listen to my rules and made issues/harassed me then you will be denied service/not given a refund/partial refund, depending on how severe the issue was.}○ Blacklisted
_{• The things that get you blacklisted from me vary but usually end with me stopping wherever I am on the commission. Depending on what you did will yield different scenarios (and I obviously cannot list them all here.) Less severe to mid will usually end with me stopping and giving what I had completed, and you pay me for the work I have done. In more severe circumstances no work will be given or continued, you will be blocked/banned, and no refund will be issued. Usually, all circumstances end with me blacklisting you from further commissions from me. And I will always notify my followers and mutuals of your actions/why you are blacklisted.}

| Terms of Use |

○ Recieval of Finished Commission
_{• Once finished you will receive two copies of your commission. The first will be watermarked (usually in the bottom left or right corner) and a text disclaimer in the opposite corner. This is your public copy- that you can post online if you wish. The second just has my watermark image with no text disclaimer. This is your private copy. You cannot get/ask for my watermark to get removed. This is my digital signature and is prohibited from removal. If you do you will be blacklisted from future commissions. I will also notify my following & all my mutuals to be aware and steer clear of you.}○ Posting Your Commission
_{• If you wish to post your commission I ask that you only post your public copy. You may share your private copy with friends but not publicly on social media or discord servers. Please also credit and tag me. I do not mind if you do and prefer you do.}○ What Can I Do With Your Commission
_{• As I am the artist that made your commission I reserve the right to promote, display, post it wherever I want to. (However I will not/never sell your commission as it is not my character to use.) Unless it is my character then I am allowed to sell prints/on my store.}○ What Can You Do With Your Commission
_{• Use the commission piece for personal use, such as posting/sharing to social media or to friends in private with credit.}
_{• Print personally for yourself to hang in your home.}
_{• Claim the character you commissioned that you own. (Not my OCs or the art)}○ What You Can't Do with Your Commission
_{• Sell commercially (Unless stated otherwise with me in writing) Meaning reproducing/selling the artwork, prints, clothing, NFTs, etc.}
_{• Claiming the artwork as your own}
_{• Removing my watermark(s)/digital signature(s)}
_{• Altering it without my consent}
_{• My work will not be used for AI}

○ AI Clause
_{• Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Artwork. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.}

○ Digital Service Clause
_{• By paying the invoice you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of a chargeback, as you are confirming your access and or ownership of the PayPal account.
You also confirm that you are the owner of this account and money or have permission to use it fully.
Any chargeback attempts will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of commission/art made. You relinquish your right to a refund if you violate the artist's Terms of Service (TOS) at any point during the artist's process when making the art.
If you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions.
The seller will also have full rights to resell the commission/recycle the art made if a chargeback is made. At any point if you attempt any further actions in bad faith against the artist the artist holds the right to pursue further action including but not limited to legal action. By viewing these terms and the artist's Terms of Service you agree to these terms and are bound legally.}

| Work Process & Contact |

_{• Having read through my TOS and my Commission Sheet you are ready to commission me. Make sure when you email me via the form on my Comms Sheet make sure you do the following:}

○ Step 2
_{• Once I receive this email I will send you a reply with a rough sketch wip of your order. This is the time to adjust anything such as details or the pose. Once approved then I will go on to the lineart and the coloring phase.}
○ Step 3
_{• I will keep you updated along each part of the process. And once I finish the coloring I will send you an invoice.}
○ Step 4
_{• Once the invoice has been paid then I will finish rendering the commission before finally sending it off to you. This will complete my service and the transaction.}

>Keep in mind that through each stage I will at least send one W.I.P (Work in Progress) to you so you can see how it's going. But sometimes I will send more if I have questions.<

| Payment |

I only accept Paypal and will only accept payment through invoices.
I accept upfront payments and Payment plans. (Only when discussed with me first.)
But I do accept tips through my Ko-Fi or Paypal after the commission is finished if you are very impressed/happy with my work.
